As the name suggests, actuator valve is a valve fitted on outlet port of Hippo,/ Jumbo/ Sumo LPG cylinder supplied by oil companies to actuate Self closing valve of cylinder to discharge of LPG from cylinder to Manifold System. Normally the cylinders supplied by oil companies fitted with Bullfinch tank combo valve model no. 6078. The liquid outlet of same is a

self closing valve for discharge of liquid lpg. Require some fitting like adapter or any device who actuate self closing valve for discharge of LPG from cylinder to outlet manifold safely. The cylinder connected to manifold by means of Flexible hose who can rupture. In case of rupture in flexible

hose, malfunctioning of QRC/ Stuck of Pin the whole cylinder should exhaust in atmosphere which is hazardous for property & humans may be risk of explosion also. To minimize the risk of this type of scenario there is a need of actuator valve with inbuilt excess flow check valve.

The excess flow check valve ensures safety by stopping the flow of excess gas or liquid into the atmosphere and causing damage to life and property

• All rigid parts of our Valve is made from Stainless steel

304/Brass is 319 grade 1 or Equivalent. The test

certificate also be provided.

• All Gasket should be made of Nitrile Rubber /PTFE.

• Springs are made of SS 304.
