Vaporizer unit is normally used to vaporize liquid carbon dioxide taken from a bulk storage vessel or cylinder bank .The vaporizer is fully protected against excess temperature and electrical overload. A pressure relief device must be fitted to protect the vaporizer against over-pressure. The vaporizer consists water tank of Stainless steel with Insulation. The low operating temperature and inherent high conductivity of the system together with the insulation provided ensure maximum efficiency with negligible heat loss. Heat fuse elements are connected in the supply line to the heating elements and in the event of an excessive temperature, the electrical supply is interrupted. Vaporizer is also provided a thermostat. This controls over a temperature range of 50°C to 85°C. The normal operating temperature for the unit is 65°C to 75°C.
